| Hello, my name is Emma. This is a paper about my illustrations from the book Alice in Wonderland. The first thing I want to talk about is the colors and texture in the pictures that I drew. I used colored pencils because the color doesn't stand out as it does with markers. In these pictures you might notice that they have a soft tone. This is because I like things that are soft and that do not stand out very much. As my teacher read the book the pictures instantly appeared in my mind. I did the chapter called "The Rabbit Sends in a Little Bill" with Lindsay. We each picked three pages we liked. They weren't in order. The first picture was when Alice got stuck in the Rabbit's house. The next was Alice playing with the big puppy. I may have picked that one because I have a puppy. Another picture I did was of the caterpillar and Alice at the end of the chapter. I loved doing this project. |
