HEROES
What happened
to the WTC is very upsetting. When I think about what happened millions of questions
whirl through my head. Who did this? Why did they do this? How did they do this?
When did they start planning? I`m fairly scared of bomb threats. They seem so
real. I think that this could be the start of World War Three. I think if it
is, the US would win because almost everyone’s supporting them. I am happy
that nobody I know has been hurt but I feel bad for the people who know others
who were. I am anxious to find out who did this.
I think that the
hero in Charlotte’s Web is Fern because without Fern there would be no
Wilbur, we wouldn`t have seen Tempelton or the first prize at the Fair, or,
most of all, Charlotte. When Fern`s dad got a new litter of pigs, Wilbur was
the runt. Fern fought with her dad until he gave in and let her raise Wilbur
on a bottle. The whole first day Fern had Wilbur she thought about him. When
Fern`s teacher asked her what the capital of Pennsylvania was she answered "Wilbur".
It was really nice of Fern to adopt Wilbur. She saved him.
I think a hero is anyone who does something good. I personally think that a
hero doesn’t only have to be someone who saved someone else from a collapsing,
flaming building. A hero could also be someone who made a card for the fire
fighters. Anybody can be a hero if they try. I think all the rescue workers,
firefighters, and policemen and women are heroes. Most of all, the victims of
the WTC and survivors of the WTC are heroes I think anybody who got affected
by any of the plane crashes are heroes. The best heroes of all are people who
believe in peace.
