Charlotte’s
Web
I think the past
event with the World Trade Center was a horrible thing to happen to this wonderful
city. I also think that the bomb threats in our school were just another practical
joke to make people more scared then they already were. I’m not exactly
sure that the U.S. went about their retaliation correctly but I hope everything
will get back to normal soon. I think this was the weirdest and hardest first
week I have ever had or will ever have.
I think that
Charlotte is the hero in Charlotte’s Web. For example, the four words Charlotte
wrote in her web; "some pig" "terrific", "radiant"
and "humble". These words made Wilbur stand out from the other pigs
and I think that made Charlotte a hero. In my opinion, humble was the best word
Charlotte ever wrote because I think that was what Wilbur was. Also, in general,
Charlotte was always there for Wilbur when he needed her.
There are many
characteristics of a hero. Almost everyone in this world has been a hero at
one time or another in one way or another. I do not think that a hero has to
save someone’s life but I think a hero is an amazing person. All over the
world there are heroes doing amazing things for this amazing world. !!!
