First, our teacher read us Alice in Wonderland and then we were assigned to this chapter. Are assignment was to make a 1 minute scene for the toy theater that our teacher owns. It took us about one month to design all the characters, backdrops, scenery, and wrote the script all by ourselves. We each did the voices of two or three characters. Throughout that month or so of working with Lewis Caroll’s story we learned a lot about what kids were taught in Oxfrord, England at the time. Just to make things safe, all the groups signed a contract that said that we would work together, not argue, be open to new ideas.
