(Fish Knock on door)
Fish Footman: For the Dutchess and invitation from the queen to play croquet.
(Hand over big letter and bow)
(Hair gets tangled)
Alice: Laugh…Knock on door.
Alice: wait 10 sec. Open door.Scene

Alice: sneeze and look surprised.
Baby: sneeze in background.
Alice: Why is there so much pepper in the air?
Duchess: Don’t be rude you little pig.
Duchess: Sneeze.
Alice: Why is your cat grinning?
Duchess: It’s a Cheshire cat that's why pig!
Alice: I didn’t know that cats could grin.
Duchess: They all can, and most of em do.
Alice: Oh please mind what you’re doing you almost took my nose off with that pot you just threw!
Duchess: Here nurse this baby, I have go get ready for the queen.
(Duchess leaves)

(Alice walk outside with baby)
baby: Snort (10 sec.)
Baby: Turn into pig and run away.
Alice: Walks around and sees Cheshire cat.
Alice: Cheshire Puss.
Cheshire cat: Grin very wide.
Alice: Would you tell me please, which way I ought to walk from here?
Cheshire cat: That depends a great deal, on where you want to go.
Alice: I don’t much care where so long as I get somewhere.
Cheshire cat: your bound to get somewhere.
Alice: What sort of people live around here?
Cheshire cat: In that direction (point right) lives the Hatter and in that direction (point left) lives the March hare.

Cheshire cat: Visit either you like, they’re both mad.


Our class read Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, after that we were to do a toy theatre project. We each had to pick a chapter and then split up into groups. Once we had our groups we had to write a script for our chapter and make characters. Doing this project was a lot of fun and we really enjoyed doing this.
