Senior Projects for advanced film students working at the early college level, 12th grade.

Dalton School's art program offers a seminar course, which is conducted as a college-level class. Advanced art students submit proposals for independent study in their medium of choice. They are engaged, along with faculty and peers, in group reviews and critiques throughout the development of their long-term projects. The class culminates in a special exhibition or screening of the students' work, and media students generally make films or do performance installations.

The school offers beginning through advanced video/film/multimedia production, grades 9-12.

Beginning level classes study documentary production and animation.

Advanced students are involved in narrative film/video production which includes script development, shooting and post-production editing with Final Cut Pro.
